Refund Policy

Effective Date: October 17, 2026

One-time packs

Flying Car sells one-time credit packs, not subscriptions. You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if none of the credits from that purchase have been used. Used packs are not refundable under this policy, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

A failed generation does not deduct credits. A completed video can differ from your expectations because AI output varies; this is not the same as a failed generation.

Request a refund

Email contact@flyingcar.video within 7 days of purchase with your account email, order number, purchase date and reason. We review requests manually and reply with the outcome. Do not send full payment card details.

Processing

Stripe processes current card payments on behalf of Mizhi Smart. Approved refunds are returned through the provider that handled the order, to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the provider and your bank.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
